Can We Let Go?

Unfortunately it appears bad things do happen to good people, in God's training process. Sometimes in this process we lose something or someone we really care about and it is very hard to let go and still rejoice in The Most High God. I lost a business and the ability to get back into business and I just could not let go and get a job until I met another person who unknowingly helped me. This person talked in great detail about his son and showed me his perfectly made up bedroom waiting for his return. Turns out the son had died accidentally 8 years before, with no fault of the father. The father could not let go of the son and moved on, he talked as thought the son died yesterday, he said he would never let go and move on. I realized I needed to give up my dream of getting back into business and find a job. Ten years later after I learned how to be a good employee and what a bad boss I had been and I was able to start my own business again. Now I was a totally different more sensitive person towards my employees, suppliers and customers. "Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days."
